PURPOSE


Apostle Tengu Yoka of Resurrection Temple preached on a sermon themed The Deep calls to the Deep. The sermon was explaining how God created everyone with a specific purpose which must be accomplished but He alone knows it and reveals it at the right time.  
Rahab was a prostitute in the days of Joshua during the exodus. Though a prostitute, Rahab helped two spies accomplish their duty and all this was possible because of her stature at that time. During those days, prostitutes in Jericho were forced to live next to the walls surrounding the city. She was able to host the spies at a strategic location and knew God would deliver Jericho into the hands of the Israelites [Joshua 2:8-11]. Rahab's assignment was fulfilled when she helped the people of God spy on their enemies. For this reason she became a woman of honor in her time. The seed which is purpose placed in her by God bore fruits when it was time and all this happened for the Glory of God. 

 Note that nothing happens by chance or accident, God knows the end before the beginning so it's up to you to be at per with God's will. Understand that you are valued, justified, protected and favored by Jesus Christ and He has planted a seed of greatness inside you.  [Jeremiah 29:11]. I have known my worth because God's power worketh in me and He has placed a seed of greatness in me. 

God has planted a seed of greatness inside you, realize it and release it. Love God, Love yourself, Know your worth and all things will work out for your good.

WORSHIP AND PROVISION

Worship and Provision We had our annual church conference last week (10 th -17 th March) and the theme was Mind-Shift which was based on the 2019 theme which is Reset and Reposition. The sermons were really eye opening and with revelations which I just had to share. The guests were Bishop Kyula of Purpose Center and Pastor Muriithi from Mavuno Church. Bishop Kyula was ministering on Worshipping God and Provision. The teachings, full of insight, helped us grow both spiritually and financially and I’m here to share that. In his sermon on worship, he said worship is an act of obedience. It is action. It is a response. In Genesis 22, God commands Abraham to sacrifice Isaac to show His obedience to God. Abraham doesn’t hesitate. The day of the sacrificial giving, he goes the hill with Isaac together with his servants.
