WORSHIP AND PROVISION

Worship and Provision We had our annual church conference last week (10 th -17 th March) and the theme was Mind-Shift which was based on the 2019 theme which is Reset and Reposition. The sermons were really eye opening and with revelations which I just had to share. The guests were Bishop Kyula of Purpose Center and Pastor Muriithi from Mavuno Church. Bishop Kyula was ministering on Worshipping God and Provision. The teachings, full of insight, helped us grow both spiritually and financially and I’m here to share that. In his sermon on worship, he said worship is an act of obedience. It is action. It is a response. In Genesis 22, God commands Abraham to sacrifice Isaac to show His obedience to God. Abraham doesn’t hesitate. The day of the sacrificial giving, he goes the hill with Isaac together with his servants. GETHSEMANE

One sunny afternoon, (yeah, it was on a very hot day) I met with my two friends for Bible study and I can tell you guys, it's always exciting to share the word and get revelations you had not perceived. It's like finding a key to a treasure room you've been craving to get in to. During the Bible study, we shared about a few things and the story diverted. Our leader was talking about God first mentioning that He is the I AM who I AM to Moses in Exodus 3:14. God was saying to the Israelites that He is (that father, friend, protector, healer, provider, counselor , teacher, etc... yes, all that they would want Him to be,) that, He was. I AM that I AM.  Now fast forward to the New Testament. Mark 14:32-52 When Jesus was in the Garden of Gethsemane and the soldiers came to arrest Him after betrayal by Judas, he said to them; I AM HE.
